Passport Pick Up
Some citizens of certain countries are required to apply in person at The Chinese Embassy/Consulate. When this happens, China Travel Services is unable to submit the application on your behalf. In the event this is the case with your application, we are still able to assist in a way that will make the process more convenient for the applicant. Because the Embassy/Consulate does not process same-day applications, the applicant will still need to have their passport picked up.
With the China Travel Services’ Pick-Up service, we are able to pick up your passport and send it back to you using our overnight delivery service, saving you time and the expense of having to wait around. This same service is also available for those applicants who wish to deliver their application to the Embassy/Consulate themselves, but don’t feel like returning for the pick-up. This is just another service China Travel Services offers to make your China Travel Experience that more convenient.
USING CHINA TRAVEL SERVICES TO PICK-UP YOUR PASSPORT IS AS EASY AS 1…2…3
Step 1 – Submit Your Visa Application
The applicant will need to submit their China Visa Application in person to the Chinese Embassy where they will then receive an official Embassy Pick-up receipt.
Step 2 – Complete the China Travel Services Passport Pick-Up Online Order Form
You will need to click and complete the CTS passport online form order below. Upon completion of the order form, the applicant will need to mail or drop off the Original Pick-up slip issued by the Chinese Consulate to CTS along with a copy of your CTS order form.
Step 3 – Passport is Delivered
As soon as your passport is ready for pick up from the Chinese Embassy, China Travel Services will pick it up and securely send it back to you via FedEx overnight delivery leaving you with less stress and more confidence.
